行動記憶體需求 明年估增 4成

（中央社記者張建中新竹2013年12月12日電）市調機構集邦科技預期，明年行動記憶體位元需求可望成長逾4成，位元產出量將超越標準型記憶體，躍居動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)市場主流。

集邦科技表示，隨著智慧手機及平板電腦全球熱賣，帶動DRAM廠生產重心逐步自標準型記憶體，轉往附加價值較高的行動記憶體。

據統計，2010年行動記憶體產值占整體DRAM比重約14%，預估今年比重可望攀高至35%水準，集邦科技看好，未來2年行動記憶體比重將進一步攀升。

集邦科技預期，受惠智慧手機出貨持續成長，單機搭載容量也將提升，明年行動記憶體需求可望延續強勁成長力道，位元需求成長率將逾 4成。

集邦科技預期，明年行動記憶體位元產出數量將超越標準型記憶體，躍居DRAM主流產品。

集邦科技看好，明年下半年在傳統旺季效應發酵下，行動記憶體供貨將吃緊，將有助產品價格走揚，明年行動記憶體可望呈為平均售價降幅最小、供應商獲利最穩定的產品。
