防廢水污染 高市收購農穫

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄17日電）高雄市政府農業局今天啟動收購農穫機制，共有3戶約1公頃農地申請，農業局明天起優先收購過熟花椰菜，每公斤新台幣45元。

日月光公司違法排放廢水，高市府憂心廢水影響援中港圳沿線的農田作物，日前到田裡採樣化驗土壤及花椰菜等農穫，並公告到12月底禁採，造成農民的損失由市府以市價收購。

農業局今天啟動收購機制，橋頭區公所受理申請，截至下班共有3戶農民約1公頃農地完成登記。

農業局副局長柯尚余說，明天起將優先收購因採樣造成農作過熟的損失認定，經磅秤後，核給收購款。

黃姓農民種植了約5分地的白花椰菜，已值採收期，因為受到市府禁採令的影響，花椰菜都已熟透，她說原本可以搶市賣到好價格，如今花椰菜已開花，希望市府說話算話，照市價收購。

柯尚余說，經採樣結果，農田土壤和水質未受到日月光廢水污染，安全無虞；只要是農民配合市府禁採令造成農損都可依法申請收購，請農民在時間內提出申請，以確保權益。1021217
