食管法卡關 消基會發動立委表態

國內去年爆發一連串食安重大問題，但「食品衛生管理法」修正案，卻未在民氣可用的氣氛下在立法院完成三讀，引發外界譁然。消基會今天緊急宣布，將發動去函給所有立委，調查立委修法態度，並在17日對外公開結果。

消基會還說，調查結果將是未來立委選舉的最適切參考依據。消基會說，台灣需要的是關注全民福祉的立法系統、有肩膀的行政系統，倘若行政、立法系統無法滿足消費者追求安全的基本權益，消費者將透過選票表達意見。

調查表將詢問立委兩個問題，包括是否贊成食管法修正案應在本會期通過？和立法院是否應加開臨時會，通過食管法修正案？
