大陸南海新規定 菲律賓置之不理

　　菲律賓國防部長蓋茲敏(Voltaire Gazmin)今天(16日)表示，菲國漁民不應理會中國大陸有關外國漁船進入南海大半海域，必須先獲得批准的新規定。

　　海南省去年11月通過南海新規定，今年生效。大陸、菲律賓、越南及其他國家都宣稱擁有南海主權，導致南海緊張情勢升高。

　　蓋茲敏說，南海新規定不適用菲律賓海域。菲國宣稱擁有的南海海域與大陸部分重疊，而大陸自稱擁有南海大半主權。

　　蓋茲敏告訴記者：「我們在自己領土上，不會遵守他們的規定。他國並不擁有我國的漁場，我方為何要獲得他國同意？這是我們的漁場。」

　　他表示：「我們仍有能力保衛菲律賓漁民。」
