立院三讀 加重食品攙偽刑責

立法院院會今天三讀修正通過食品安全衛生管理法部分條文，加重食品廠商攙偽刑責，由3年以下提升到5年以下有期徒刑。

三讀修正通過條文明定，食品廠商若攙偽、假冒、添加未經中央主管機關許可添加物者，從現行處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新台幣800萬元以下罰金，改為處5年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科800萬元以下罰金。
