【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美股消息面：

1.美國最新公布的數據喜憂參半。美國12月耐久財訂單意外銳減4.3%；美國1月消費者信心指數為80.7，創8月以來新高。

2.聯準會開始為期兩天（28、29日）的政策會議。聯準會在去年12月宣布自1月起開始縮減每月購債規模，預料將在周三宣布進一步縮減量化寬鬆（QE）措施。

3.市場等待美國聯準會的最新決議，金價走低。

4.在庫存減少的預期支撐下，美國原油期貨升至1個月高點。

5.投資人預期聯準會將進一步縮減QE規模，美元兌歐元、日圓走升。

6.為阻止本幣里拉繼續下挫，土耳其央行大舉調升主要政策利率。
