地政士覆議案 內政部研議修法配套

內政部次長蕭家淇28日指出，地政士法在立法院覆議通過，內政部後續將研議配套措施，對於不可歸責於地政士的責任，提出修法。

蕭家淇表示，內政部後續可能的修法，包括修地政士法、平均地權條例及不動產經紀業管理條例等，涉及實價登錄的相關條文，以呼應地政士公會對實價登錄制度改革，及社會各界對不動產交易資訊公開透明化的期待。

蕭家淇指出，內政部將於春節過後，盡速邀集業者及相關機關召開會議，研商修正條文，進行法制作業程序。期望藉由實價登錄制度之推動，促進不動產交易資訊透明化，減少不動產價格哄抬現象，使房地產市場發展更為健全，逐步實現居住正義。
