首次購買筆電，要麻煩各位大大

小弟我本人對筆電沒有研究
但最近小弟我想購入一台筆電
需求如下:
1.主要用途為上上網、看影片、查資料、玩玩線上遊戲 (例:LOL)
2.預算為3萬元以內
3.需有光碟燒錄機、視訊鏡頭、觸控可有可無
4.品牌、重量、螢幕大小不拘
5.在市售通路(例:燦X、順X、X國)或網路上可購買到
6.麻煩大大留個規格型號、價格資料以及推薦理由

希望在預算內能找到CP值高、可以順順使用、不需加裝其他東西，甚至在使用上綽綽有餘的筆電
小弟我有爬了一些文章，目前有考慮acer aspire V3-772G 這台麻煩給個意見謝謝
