洪仲丘案宣判　18人全輕判不必入監

陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案在今（7）日宣判，在全案18名被告的軍士官中，除了時任旅部連長徐信正被判處有期徒刑8個月以外，其他軍士官包括何江忠、范佐憲等人，都被輕判6個月有期徒刑，並得易科罰金，不必入監。

而今日到場聆聽判決的前旅長沈威志，原本到庭時一臉凝重，但一聽到審判長宣判自己6個月有期徒刑後立即臉露輕鬆笑容。
