涉內線交易 福懋前處長60萬交保

福懋油脂公司去年爆出摻偽混油案，台中地檢署發現福懋公司前油脂處長林立中另涉股票內線交易，在混油案爆發前拋售股票，6日發動搜索，帶回林立中等15人偵訊，林涉嫌拋售150張股票，獲利50至60萬元，林雖否認內線交易，但檢方訊後認為涉嫌重大，昨天凌晨以60萬元交保，其餘14人均請回。

林立中持有150張福懋油脂公司股票，去年10月混油案爆發前，福懋的平均股價約在10到11元間，到10月底前已上漲，確定福懋油品不合格的訊息公布前幾天，林立中以14元上下的價格出脫所有福懋股票。
