麻州法院縱放裙底偷拍狂惹眾怒 州議會修法亡羊補牢

美國麻州一名在地鐵上偷拍女性裙底風光的登徒子，被法院判決無罪，這引發眾怒，州議會緊急修法，把相關犯行列為非法，才平息輿論。

2010年八月，波士頓警方接獲報案，指稱一名男子在地鐵上用手機偷拍女性裙底風光，幾天前，麻州最高法院竟然判決被告無罪，恐龍法官解釋說，麻州禁止偷窺法令，只針對全裸以及半裸的影片或照片，短裙不在此限，輿論為之嘩然，州議會順應民意，在一天內通過修法，從此以後，偷拍他人隱私部位，無論是被衣物覆蓋的地方還是周圍，都算犯罪，最重可處兩年半監禁和五千美元罰款。
