男子唬爛騙婦人 要1200萬元向高層疏通

桃園一名林姓婦人想跟著一名黃姓男子投資股票，黃姓男子向林姓婦人聲稱，投資金額太大，恐怕被認為有「洗錢」嫌疑，必須要向行政院、國安會、總統府等高層「溝通」一下，要求被害人支付1200萬元疏通費，林姓婦人的友人認為有異，向調查局桃園縣調查站反映，昨天晚上林姓婦人與嫌犯約定見面，準備交付1200萬元時，調查局桃園縣調查官當場查獲。

黃姓男子被依詐欺罪嫌，移往桃園地檢署檢察官複訊。
