農正鮮紀錄差 違約遭罰百次

高雄地檢署查獲「農正鮮」公司，涉嫌以摻有「保水劑」的牛、豬、羊肉販售給國軍副食品供應站，前後長達七年，不知道有多少問題肉品被官兵吃下肚。事實上，根據國防部「副食供應中心」的資料，「農正鮮」公司的紀錄不佳，到目前為止，因為涉及違約，「農正鮮」公司已經被副食供應中心開罰100次，是違約次數最多的廠商。

在本案爆發後，國防部已經提供檢方進貨單，並全面回收由「農正鮮」公司銷售的肉品，國防部也會依照檢方偵辦結果，依約辦理罰款和求償。
