中大諾貝爾之椅揭牌 「坐在大師肩膀出發」

創立窮人銀行的諾貝爾和平獎得主穆罕默德．尤努斯，14日與國立中央大學簽訂合作協議，創立「尤努斯社會企業中心（Yunus Social Business Center，NCU）」，目標依照台灣民情，找出適合的小額信貸運作模式。

中大昨為尤努斯在校園太極草坪設立專屬的「諾貝爾之椅」，讓「學生坐在大師的肩膀出發」，由校長周景揚主持，桃園縣長吳志揚及部分局處首長獲邀觀禮。

尤努斯表示，推展社會企業並非為一己私慾賺大錢，而是希望解決問題，當他創立鄉村銀行前，並未上過銀行相關課程，而是在創業過程中，不斷找出問題，並依賴直覺來設法解決問題，才能跳脫一般銀行體制思維。

吳志揚說，縣府今年起將仿傚尤努斯「窮人銀行」做法，開辦「微型保險」，每戶弱勢家庭年付180元保費，即可獲30萬元的理賠金。

尤努斯及其創立的格萊　鄉村銀行，利用小額信貸，協助社會企業解決多種孟加拉社會問題，讓他及該銀行於2006年同獲諾貝爾和平獎，並被譽為小額信貸之父。
