亞泥轉投資的亞泥中國控股今天宣布，以人民幣20.05億（台幣97億）代價收購四川蘭豐水泥，經過此次併購後，亞泥中國將成為大陸四川成都水泥市場龍頭。

亞泥中國今天與四川蘭豐簽訂買賣協議，預計下月5日另簽訂交接協議。

亞泥指出，四川蘭豐主要在四川從事水泥、混凝土及相關產品的生產及銷售業務，並於四川彭州市擁有兩條新型乾法熟料生產線，年產能500萬噸，同時配備了18MW之純低溫餘熱發電系統，及年產能為150萬噸的乾拌砂漿生產線。
