圖利罪判3年 張燦鍙入監

前台南市長張燦鍙因圖利市議會前議長黃郁文等人，被判刑3年確定，士林地檢署周一通知張入監，他向檢方聲請延緩執行遭駁回，檢方指揮警方拘提張，張昨天下午自行報到，檢方發監執行。

同案被告的前議長黃郁文，因未向台南地檢署報到，檢方已簽發拘票逮人，黃迄今下落不明。

張燦鍙的律師李勝雄表示，雖然張的案子已提出非常上訴、聲請再審和釋憲，但他昨和張討論後，仍決定先按法律程序，所以決定向檢方報到。

執行檢察官開庭簡單訊問張燦鍙人別資料，宣讀其執行刑期後，張在下午4點30分，在法警戒護下被押解上囚車，發監執行。

張燦鍙被判刑確定後，由於他去年將戶籍遷到新北市淡水區，台南地檢署因此將張的發監事宜，交由士林地檢署代執行，入監執行日訂在本周一，但張未報到，委由律師李勝雄向檢方代交親筆信，聲請暫緩執行3個月，前天遭檢方駁回。
