我駐越代表研判：越境518遊行聲勢大

我駐越南代表黃志鵬上午透過越洋電話表示，他掌握當地情報，越南518反中遊行經由網路串聯，聲勢相當龐大，當日一定會有遊行；雖然越南政府透過公開宣示、總理私函，都向我保證當日能有效掌握情勢、有信心能保障台商安全，但駐處暫且信任這項說法之餘，仍與各省份台商會會商，作好情勢失控的準備。

而針對518越南境內的反中遊行，涉外官員透露，目前還在統計哪些省份批示核准反中遊行。黃志鵬說，按當地網路串聯跡象，518當日確有反中遊行，目前駐處分成河內、胡志明市南北掌情勢，由胡志明市掌握大部分南部有暴亂的省份，並分別洽尋各省台商會，研商不同的因應之道。他強調，駐處暫且信任，但仍與各省份台商會密初聯繫，作好情勢失控的準備與因應措施。
