Beats挨原音樂主管提告 求償千萬美元

蘋果公司即將收購耳機商Beats，兩年前被Beats收購的音樂串流業者Mog創辦人卻在此時上法院控告Beats，要討回聲稱屬於自己的公司股份。

Mog創辦人海曼（David Hyman）14日向洛杉磯高等法院控告Beats，要求2,000萬美元損害賠償。

海曼2005年創立音樂主題部落格網站Mog，並在2009年推出每月收取10美元的訂閱串流服務，向用戶提供無限量音樂，類似競爭對手Spotify及Rdio的做法。

Beats 2012年以約140億美元收購Mog，將其短暫更名為「Daisy」。海曼獲留任，得繼續擔任該音樂串流服務的執行長。

但海曼指控，Beats原先授予他Daisy的2.5%股份，預定數年內逐步轉交，但海曼不到一年就被炒魷魚，當時股份尚未全數轉移。
