立委提案修法重大貪污 不得減刑假釋

遠雄行賄弊案，嚇阻重大公共工程集體性貪污犯罪，民進黨立委許添財今天提出貪污治罪條例修法，規定「經法院判決定讞者，如屬政府重大公共工程或重大採購計畫，不得減刑、假釋及服外役監」。

許添財表示，弊案通常是結構性犯罪，要發現很困難，判刑時更是容易大事化小、小事化無，俗話說「有錢關假的、無錢關真的」，官商勾結層出不窮，就是因為罰得不夠重，特別許多外役監的罪犯都是白領階級，不只可以放假，假釋也都是最優先考量。

許添財認為，杜絕不法應以高法律標準對行賄與索賄者犯罪施以嚴刑峻罰，避免再有不肖公務員與廠商鋌而走險。
