蔡明忠:郭台銘是成吉思汗，我們是"步履蹣跚"，怎麼追得上

富邦金控(2881)今日上午股東會，有小股東先是捧董事長蔡明忠走上股東會檯上的動作「健步如飛」，不像他弟弟副事長蔡明興「步履蹣跚」的樣子，之後該名股東又拱「同集團的台灣大哥大應該跟鴻海郭台銘的國碁併一併，一起去打中華電信」，董事長蔡明忠發揮他一向幽默的長才回答：「郭台銘是成吉思汗，我們兄弟不是"步履蹣跚"，怎麼追得上他」，引發會場一陣大笑，並成功化解了會場上的尷尬氣氛，成為今日股東盛會的一大花絮焦點。

郭台銘近來動作步步宣布要發動電信割喉戰，今日小股東直言「台灣大哥大乾脆跟他併一併，一起去打中華電信」，蔡明忠先解釋富邦金控本身對台灣大的持股並不算多，但是小股東的建議他會虛心接受，但「郭董他是成吉思汗，我們兄弟不是"步履蹣跚"？怎麼追得上他」，不僅成功化解尷尬，也反將小股東一軍。
