兩題簡單隨機抽樣與抽樣分配問題???

第一題:
武陵農場某農場生產水梨，其重量為一常態分配，平均數為560公克，標準差為20，試求下列各小題:
(1)水梨重量大於580公克的機率
(2)抽取16個水梨，16個水梨平均重量大於580公克的機率
(3)若10個水梨裝成一盒，問一盒水梨重量的平均數與變異數為何
(4)若要求一盒的水梨重量要再5,500~5,700公克之間時，則有多少比率的水梨不符合規定

第二題:
某農場出產的蜂蜜，每瓶重量呈常態分配，平均重量為500公克，標準差為24公克，一食品檢驗單位抽檢16瓶該農場的蜂蜜，試問?
(1)該16瓶蜂蜜的平均重量在490~510公克之間的機率為多少?
(2)該16瓶蜂蜜的平均重量在多少公克以上的機率為0.1?

嗚嗚...幫幫我T.T 怎麼算都跟課本答案不一樣
