嘉惠勞工 德首次實施最低工資

（中央社柏林2014年7月3日法新電）德國今天首次通過全國最低工資，這被譽為工會和保守派總理梅克爾（Angela Merkel）旗下中間偏左聯合政府各黨的一大勝利。

每小時8.50歐元（美金11.6元）的最低工資在2015年1月1日至2017年逐步實施後，最終將嘉惠500萬名以上的低工資勞工。

在聯邦議院（Bundestag，國會下院）表決最低工資案之前，勞工部長那勒斯（Andrea Nahles）將此譽為德國勞工與社會政策的「里程碑」。結果提案以大幅領先的多數通過。

那勒斯說：「對德國數百萬名受雇人員來說，我們今天做出的決定極其重要，他們最終將享有合理工資。」

實施一體適用的最低工資，將使這個歐洲最大經濟體與歐盟28國中的21國一致。（譯者：中央社黃自強）
