美企人民幣結算 破紀錄

前中國人民銀行副行長、清華大學五道口金融學院院長吳曉靈昨（10）日指出，中國大陸不能要求、也不希望所有人民幣都回到境內，希望在包括歐洲、亞洲，以及非洲等大陸境外，成立很多人民幣離岸中心。

吳曉靈是出席金融研訓院舉辦的「兩岸金融關鍵議題研討會」上，做了上述表示。這位曾經分管外匯政策的前人行決策官員說，因為人民幣為強勢貨幣，再加上世界各國和大陸經濟關係愈趨緊密，愈來愈多國家的央行，都把人民幣作為外匯儲備貨幣之一。

根據外電報導，美國企業採用人民幣結算的貿易達到創紀錄的規模，並已取代台灣成為中國大陸以外的第四大人民幣交易國，僅次於香港、新加坡和英國，主要因為人民幣結算比起美元結算具有成本優勢。

據環球銀行金融電信協會（SWIFT）的數據，過去一年來，包括福特汽車等美國企業以人民幣支付的貿易規模成長三倍，占全球人民幣結算貿易的比率達到創紀錄的2.6%。
