彈劾吳文正檢察官 監院上午通過

監察院上午指出，新竹地檢署檢察官吳文正，不僅辦案有罪推定，朝有罪方向辦案，還言語不當，奚落被告，如「已經60多歲了，不要再裝清純」等語，損及職位尊嚴，影響司法官形象，並違反檢察官守則，監察院糾彈委員會上午通過彈劾，送公懲會處理。

這項調查報告是由監委周陽山、黃武次所提案，並獲得與會監委的支持，相關彈劾內容，將於下午召開記者會做說明。
