明年1月 立陶宛改用歐元

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾2014年7月23日專電）歐洲聯盟今天同意讓立陶宛加入歐元區，成為第19個會員。立陶宛將從明年1月1日起，正式採用歐元為該國貨幣。

歐洲議會日前通過，接受立陶宛加入歐元區，歐盟部長會議今天做成最後決議。

歐盟表示，立陶宛的貨幣兌換工作準備順利，完成最後法律程序，因此同意讓立陶宛加入歐元區，成為第19個會員國，並自明年1月1日起，正式採用歐元為該國流通貨幣。
