《傳產》預售屋Q2價跌，北市年跌逾5％

【時報-台北電】想買預售屋的民眾注意了，雙北市和台南、高雄新屋、預售市場價格鬆動！今日國泰房地產指數公布，今年Q2雙北市房價的確鬆動。台北市較去年第2季下跌5.59％，估計可能平均成交價為每坪78.35萬元，新北市則僅微幅下跌0.81％，每坪可能成交價38.35萬元。

值得注意的是，台南市較去年第2季下跌3.13％，每坪可能成交價為14.92萬元，高雄下跌5.61％，每坪可能成交價為19.62萬元。縱觀全國高雄市下跌幅度最大。不過桃竹地區逆勢上揚，價格成長近6％，每坪可能成交價為22.23萬元。(新聞來源：中時即時陳宥臻)
