W7無法更換桌布跟主題!

跟這位網友有相同的問題

『不管選擇他w7內建的主題還是我自己去下載的主題
通通無法變更...
只能變更桌面背景的顏色無法套用圖片...』

可是還是找不到解決方法...

電腦重灌後的第一二天

桌布還能隨自己喜好更換

電腦重灌到今天約一星期

目前也還沒有下載東西

可是這幾天

就定格在一個畫面怎麼也不會更換了

請問該如何是好?!
