盜賣軍品案 南檢再扣大批贓物

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南7日電）台南地檢署7月查獲陸軍某營區經理盜賣軍用品給民間軍用品店，追查後發現還有另一家業者涉嫌收贓，再查扣大批贓物。

台南地檢署檢察官吳維仁偵辦台南市官田區某陸軍營區的盜賣軍品案，在7月17日發動搜索，傳喚在營區擔任營經理的上兵林姓男子及1家軍用品店負責人王姓男子等9人到案，並查扣遭盜賣的1000多件軍用品。

南檢襄閱主任檢察官蔡麗宜今天表示，經追查後發現疑似有另一家軍用品店業者，涉嫌向王姓男子購買遭盜賣的軍用品，8月5日起陸續發動搜索行動，在蘇姓男子經營的軍用品店查扣遭盜賣的迷彩服、刺刀鞘、小圓鍬、軍毯、鋼盔等軍用品1000多件。

蔡麗宜指出，檢察官初步估計，蘇姓男子以約新台幣26萬元的價格，向王姓男子買受林姓男子營區盜賣出的軍用品，再轉售牟利。蘇男涉及購買贓物罪嫌重大，但因坦承犯行，無羈押必要，諭令以10萬元交保候傳。1030807
