HTC 8S無法升級Windows Phone 8.1 Update

HTC（6）日宣布，8X 將可升級至 Windows Phone 8.1 Update 開發者預覽版，但 8S 並無法取得。

HTC 於 2014 年 8 月 6 日在中國官方網站宣布，旗下配備 Windows Phone 作業系統的智慧型手機 8X 與 8S，並無法都升級至 Windows Phone 8.1 Update 開發者預覽版。

HTC 表示，在 8X 系統測試穩定後，將會在第一時間通知更新時程，但與 Microsoft 溝通後，確認 8S 因為部份硬體不符合升級標準，並無法取得本次更新。

不少消費者表示，規格類似的 HUAWEI W1 與 Nokia Lumia 520，都可以取得升級，希望 HTC 對於 8S 不符合升級標準的硬體部份做說明：對此，官方表示，雖然該手機確實是有辦法取得升級，但為了讓消費者有更佳的體驗，最終與 Microsoft 決定不釋出此更新。
