海陸兩會：兩岸協商不受影響

陸委會前副主委、海基會前祕書長張顯耀去職風暴，是否衝擊未來兩岸協商談判，陸委會昨天表示，兩岸制度化協商已機制化運作，和平穩定發展未受到影響；海基會昨也強調，所有工作都按規畫如常進行，不受影響。

張顯耀前天開記者會表示，他被扣上「匪諜」帽子後，陸委會、海基會內部同仁「人心惶惶、風聲鶴唳」。陸委會表示，兩岸協商已機制化運作，未來相關議題協商與兩岸交流互動仍將持續推動，雙方致力兩岸關係的和平穩定發展未受到影響。

海基會副董事長馬紹章昨天表示，海基會已建立非常優良、有效的制度，所有工作都會按照既定的規畫，如常進行。兩岸協商已建立非常良好的制度化安排，談判議題和底線都經過政府嚴謹的核定程序，「人事的更迭，不會影響到海基會協商、交流和服務的工作。」
