獨子參加演習喪生 父盼入祀

台中市民張昭雄今天在國民黨立委江啟臣陪同下舉行記者會說，他的獨子張凌峰20年前參與雄風演習喪生，但內政部認為他兒子不符入祀台中忠烈祠規定。

內政部次長邱昌嶽也出席記者會；他說，行政部門不該拘泥不合時空環境的法條，會在年底前修正，初步了解張凌峰符合入祀忠烈祠的條件，內政部願意積極協助。

張凌峰演習喪時，軍方認定因公殉職，家屬爭取入祀台中市忠烈祠，張昭雄說，他只希望自己百年之後，仍有人為獨子上香。
