1 開機 三秒 順斷 後 才正常開機 2 網路 連不到

CPU I7-4790K 4.4GHz
RAM DDR3-2400 X 4
MB Z97 Extreme4
GC GTX 780 OC
PSU Tt 650W
新組不到 3 個 禮拜
電腦 用許多 軟體 各種方式 掃毒過沒有毒
BIos 跟 其他驅動程式 都是最新的

問題 1

開機 三秒(無進入BIOS) 順斷(像是直接關電源一樣關掉) 後 才正常開機

問題 2

每次重開機　大約有一半的機率　網路會偵測不到（需要到裝置管理員停止網路卡運作　再重新開啟它）　

請問是不是底板的問題??
