北市遭網友性侵案例增 年齡最小12歲

網路交友工具發達，網友遭性侵件案漸增，北市社會局和勵馨基金會上午布調查，發現網友遭性侵年齡層下降，且傷害加重；北市一名12歲國小女學生，被網友拍下裸照後，遭脅迫發生多次性關係，直到懷孕才被媽媽發現。

北市家防中心主任陳淑娟指出，近3年來，北市性侵害案件中，因網路、App等交友管道遭網友性侵害的個案，佔8%，其中100年有60件，101年50件，102年有58件，今年至今已發生58件，發生件數持續增加，可能會創下新高。

陳淑娟指出，遭網友性侵案件中，被害人年齡層逐年下降，北市今年最小的案例是一名12歲女童，與網友見面後誘拍裸照，進一步威脅要在網路散佈裸照，強迫侵性得逞。女童因擔心裸照會在網路永遠流傳，不敢拒絕網友，一再被性侵，直到懷孕。

勵馨基金會主任洪雅莉指出，網路、手機交友工具簡單好操作，出現「快速親密」現象，青少年不用太多社交技巧即可交到大量新朋友，彼此透過暱稱、萌照吸引對方，造成快速且虛擬的情感關係。
