OPEC稱 投機客使得原油價格大幅下跌

石油輸出國組織(OPEC)周五指控，原油價格大跌至近四年低點，投機客扮演了主要角色。

在半月期報告中，OPEC說，根據其祕書處指出，「投機客的行動，再度為原油價格下跌的主因，」

周五，原油價格擴大跌幅。布倫特原油下跌至2010年12月以來低點，紐約原油亦下跌至2012年6月以來低點。
