食安 徐旭東：企業老闆要負責自制

（中央社記者韋樞台北2014年10月15日電）遠東集團董事長徐旭東今早參觀2014台北紡織展時，對食安問題表示，這是企業老闆要負責任、要自制，不可以讓企業走到這種地步，遠東集團旗下各通路都已經抵制頂新和味全的產品。

徐旭東回答媒體問題時指出，食安問題政府再怎麼管都管不了，每個環節事情實在太多，但基本上最重要的就是企業老闆要負起責任，要自制，不可以讓企業走到這種地步，真要有這種機關管這麼多事，可能煩都煩死了。

徐旭東說，他上週到遠東集團旗下各通路走了一圈，各通路己經把70%到80%頂新和味全的產品都下架了，最主要是民眾抱怨太多。

但對於台灣發生食安問題會影響外銷金額，徐旭東認為，食安問題各國都發生過，只是台灣的媒體報導太多了，一天24小時，台灣媒體報28小時，實在過頭了；但基本上就是個責任問題，不應該有這種問題。
