臉書、蘋果公司將補助女員工凍卵

美國國家廣播公司（NBC）報導，臉書和蘋果公司將補助女員工冷凍卵子的費用，讓她們不會因為生育壓力而影響工作。

兩間公司將針對取卵過程和每年貯存費用提供最高2萬美元的補助；臉書已經開始這項政策，蘋果則是明年一月實施。

冷凍卵子網站eggsurance.com引述美國政府的資料顯示，美國有兩成的婦女35歲才生第一胎，約三分之一35至39 歲的婦女有生育問題，40-44歲的婦女則是64%。

專家指出，此項福利政策將可幫助兩間公司吸引更多女員工前來求職。
