報關申報不實 南僑認錯不提國賠

南僑化工進口油品以工業用油申報規避海關查驗，雖然董事長陳飛龍曾表示要申請國賠，但南僑總經理李勘文今天說，南僑承認錯誤，不會再申請國賠。

對油品申報錯誤，外界懷疑是否有逃漏稅，李勘文說，牛油與椰子油都是零關稅，不像豬油有20%關稅，並非逃漏稅問題。

李勘文上午出席北市衛生局記者會，他說，經過查證董事長陳飛龍已同意不國賠，他也對南僑的錯誤誠摯道歉，對北市衛生局、衛福部的指正與裁罰不會有任何意見，今天開始會控管，保證不會再便宜行事。
