台商投資中國調查 城市吸引力昆山連6冠 西三角退燒

台灣區電機電子工業同業公會今(20)日公布最新台商「大陸地區投資環境與風險調查」，昆山連續6年成為城市綜合實力排行榜之首，對台商的投資吸引力依舊強烈，但西三角城市群則逐漸消退。

電電公會從2000年開始，以「城市競爭力」、「投資環境力」、「投資風險度」、「台商推薦度」的「兩力兩度」評估模式，探析中國大陸台商投資密集城市的投資環境與投資風險。今(2014)年列入評估的城市有115個，總計回收卷數為2498份。

調查顯示，昆山已連6 年位居城市綜合實力排行榜之首，但西三角城市群對台商的投資吸引力逐漸消退。此外，今年成立上海自貿區的效應，促使上海浦東新區城市綜合實力上升。

今年報告以「習李改革擘商機」為專題，再度邀請中原大學企管研究所教授呂鴻德擔任計畫主持人，另外也敦聘有管理大師美名的元智大學榮譽教授許士軍擔任研究顧問，延續前14年的研究成果，將相關統計資料作完整的分析比較，提供台商佈局中國大陸，經略海峽兩岸投資參考。
