新華網報導，中共第18屆四中全會按照黨章規定，決定遞補中央委員會候補委員馬建堂、王作安、毛萬春為中央委員會中央委員。

馬建堂現為大陸國家統計局黨組書記、局長，王作安是大陸國家宗教事務局黨組書記、局長，毛萬春則是陝西省委委員、常委、組織部長；新遞補三人在候補委員名單內，分列第一、二、三名。
