委國「永恆雷暴」閃電亮到能幫船引路

閃電也能創金氏紀錄？世界最大的閃電奇景，存在於南美洲委內瑞拉西北部，平均每平方公里每年降下250次閃電，被列入金氏世界紀錄。當地居民把這種強烈持續的閃電現象稱為「永恆雷暴」。

這裡的雷暴一年超過300天，每晚持續10個小時，可說是經年累月劃過夜空。由於閃光的能見度達400公里之遠，幾個世紀以來，成了夜間海上船隻的天然導航，當然，現在這裡已成為了熱門的觀光景點。
