英預算解套歐盟同意明年9月付

由於英國對補繳預算大力反彈，歐洲聯盟積極與英國展開協議，並在今天同意展延英國繳付歐盟預算的時間至明年9月1日。

日前歐盟高峰會決定，因為經濟復甦高於預期，要求英國與荷蘭必須補繳2015年預算金額。其中要求英國增繳21億歐元，引發英國首相卡麥隆（David Cameron）高度反彈。歐盟財政部長會議今天在布魯塞爾召開會議討論預算案。

歐盟財長最後決定，包括英國與荷蘭的預算支付最後期限將從規定的12月1日，展延到2015年9月1日。

主管預算與人道援助事務的歐盟執行委員喬治艾娃（Kristalina Georgieva）必須在未來數週內，重新調整歐盟的2105年度預算，以因應英國延期支付預算所面臨的經費拮据問題。

由於英國將在明年5月進行國會改選，這項決定也讓英國補繳預算的壓力落在下任首相身上。
