先說 M..8年談到E8就只是一般的 offer..如果可以到E9 當然就很不錯. B 的月薪只高10K .. 有點讓人意外. 因為外商除了月薪.. 分紅的部份幾乎沒什麼好期待的 (可能才台幣幾萬塊..跟年資 /股價有關)..除非你談到一個好的 package..(月薪+RSU or stock option)..不然整體薪資應該會比M 低不少..
