得力 (1464)股價選前在12.5元附近築出短期底部，選後即越過13元關卡向上攻堅，盤中漲幅超過4%。這波股價強勢主要反映處分上海廠獲利，法人估計該資產處分獲利可認列約8.3億元，要看在今年底能否順利入帳，由於每股獲利貢獻度可達3.8元以上，激勵買盤搶進；此外，上海辦公室資產也有意出售，業外收益貢獻成為股價後市表現的主要題材。
