中道（觀五陰的集與滅，是如來離於無、有二邊之道、方法）

肚子餓了，這個餓並不是空，也不是幻，也不是假的、也不是虛無。
若是空是幻是假是虛無，那也不用吃空飯幻飯假飯和虛無的飯

如實正觀肚子餓的感受的集起，則不生餓的感受是虛無的妄見。

餓了就吃東西，這個餓的感受就會滅盡，而不會是恆常恆有的餓。
如實正觀餓的感受的滅盡，則不生餓的感受是恆有不能改變的妄見。

如來正觀肚子餓的因緣的集起與滅盡
則離於肚子餓是虛無或恆有的二邊，如是觀因緣，名為中道。
