最近在學點盤轉及雙腳轉

但是點盤轉在轉的時候

後面推動的腳都會越滑越大圈

導致重心跑掉

而雙腳轉時

兩腳併攏後就轉不動

沒有轉動的力量

想請教一下手腳及身體如何配合

及一些練習的訣竅

另外因為我沒有紥實的基礎

所以壓刃都壓不好

麻煩給我一些練習壓刃的動作
