梅豔芳母破產 靠粉絲接濟

已故歌星梅艷芳（梅姑）2003年因子宮頸癌去逝，成立信托基金給母親及兄長的生活費每月從26萬元提高到54萬元，而梅媽與不務正業的長子梅啟明為了爭取梅艷芳所有遺產而不斷訴訟，屢戰屢敗長期抗爭了10年，去年終於被法院宣告破產，梅媽一度斷糧10個月，還得靠梅姑的粉絲接濟。

今年5月，梅姑的遺產執行人員已每月撥款近8萬元台幣的生活費給梅媽，不過，梅姑的粉絲仍需接濟梅媽：「我們眼見梅媽每月要給不少醫藥費，還要養不孝子，看在梅姑份上，所以才會繼續接濟她。」據悉，遺產執行人員以5.4億元台幣叫賣梅姑壽臣山故居，若順利賣出，梅媽才會有錢進袋。

遺產執行律師表示，梅豔芳的遺產目前現金的部份只剩51萬多，還要每月給遺產管理費、律師費20萬元。但這樣的說法不被法官認同，法官認為，發放生活費比給律師費重要，相信如果梅艷芳還在，也不會認為給律師費重要過讓自己的母親有錢吃飯，就算不能給全數，也應給部份讓她應急。
