霹靂限量郵票「梵天祭」、「轟定干戈」將在全省直營店販售國立傳統藝術中心民藝街上霹靂蘭陽直營店在8月17日(六)舉辦「百世經綸一頁書」戳章蓋印寄送服務。由中華郵政宜蘭中山路郵局設臨時郵局，從早上九點進行到下午五點，推出傳藝限定的紀念戳章和實寄章－「百世經綸一頁書」，霹靂造型郵戳只有當天在傳藝中心才有，可蓋在現行通用郵票或郵資符誌之明信片、信封，蓋上實寄章可視為正式憑證交由服務人員寄送，由於市面並無流通，作為紀念或寄送給親朋好友都是最特別的限定禮物。現場也免費限量提供500份「素還真限定款」信封，供民眾領取。
　　
傳藝中心與霹靂國際多媒體公司於2013年暑假合作一系列活動，「霹靂3D立體劇院－梵天祭」廣受好評，假日場場爆滿，觀賞人次已破三萬，霹靂趁勢推出兩款限定郵票「梵天祭」及「霹靂俠影－轟定干戈」套組，並隨組附送「素還真限定款」信封一枚，於全省霹靂直營店販售。本週六(8/17)下午三點舉辦的「霹靂歌手簽唱會」當天可至服務台索票，數量有限索完為止，晚上七點的Cosplay Party Night，則由無限人形劇場結合「橘」火舞團於臨水劇場露天演出，入園民眾皆可免費觀賞。
