國泰金總經理李長庚 籲擴大陸資參股

兩岸首次「金保會」將於10月登場，可望為壽險業帶來兩岸參股利多政策。國泰金控總經理李長庚昨（30）日首度談及，希望中國大陸的保險業者也可以參股保險子公司國泰人壽、國泰世紀產險，創造雙贏局面。

李長庚昨天出席國泰金控法說會，會後被問及對金保險議題看法時，提出新想法，「既然已經開放陸銀可參股金控旗下銀行，為何不開放陸資保險公司參股金控旗下保險公司。」

第20屆國際保險監理官協會（International Association of Insurance Supervisors，簡稱IAIS）年會將於10月16~19日在台北舉行。保監會官員來台也會排在這段時間。相關人士表示，「金保會」時間應會落在此期間。金管會官員指出，金保會可望討論放寬台灣壽險業登陸的「532 條款」，以及放寬壽險業赴陸合資保險公司持股可拉高至五成以上；陸方則希望放寬保險業來台參股限制。
