92歲的前納粹黨衛隊軍官布魯因斯，因在二戰時間涉謀殺受審。

92歲的前納粹黨衛隊軍官昨天出庭受審，他被控在1944年二次大戰期間謀殺1名荷蘭反抗軍。

事隔將近70年後，荷蘭裔德國人布魯因斯在德國西部哈根受審，如果被判有罪，可能將面臨無期徒刑。

布魯因斯住在德國西部的布雷克費爾德，他和另外1名已故共犯，被控於1944年9月駐守德國與荷蘭邊界時，謀殺俘虜荷蘭反抗軍戴克馬。

布魯因斯被控在1944年9月21或22日，從背後對戴克馬開了4槍，布魯因斯2012年7月接受德國電視台訪問時，坦承認他當時在場，但堅稱扣下扳機的不是他。
