高雄關擴增免費無線上網（i-Taiwan）據點至業務二組及旗津分關，提供洽公人士便捷快速的無線網路環境，歡迎民眾上網註冊使用。民眾至i-Taiwan官網（http://itaiwan.gov.tw）以手機門號完成註冊程序後，即可使用具有無線上網功能之手機、平板電腦或筆記型電腦，在上述海關辦公處所免費無線上網。

高雄關表示，為提升便民服務措施並滿足當前電子通訊時代的無線上網服務便捷性需求，該關積極配合行政院「中央政府主管公共區域提供免費無線上網服務」專案，截至去年已於關本部一樓服務中心大廳、業務一組、小港分關設置「i-Taiwan」民眾免費無線上網服務區。今（一○二）年擴增無線上網（i-Taiwan）據點至業務二組及旗津分關，無行動上網設備者，該關亦提供電腦設備供民眾免費上網，歡迎民眾多多利用。
